I recently saw a quote from Abraham-Hicks the other day about how we are all extensions of Source Energy, and when we allow it to flow through us, we are bright, vital, and our timing is great. They go on to say:
“As others see you, they wonder what your magic is. But it only seems like magic because it is experienced by so few. It isn’t magic. It is available to everyone.”
I agree with every word except “It isn’t magic” because, you know, I’m all about the magic.
What really resonated with me is “It is available to everyone.” It’s what I learned from studying Reiki and animal communication, and it’s been the theme of my life ever since.
Two nights ago, I watched the first episode of the new show God Friended Me. In it, an atheist named Miles gets a Facebook friend request from an account named “God” whose profile picture is a white cloud. Then Miles sees the identical, same-shaped cloud in the sky. And then a bush erupts into flames on the sidewalk.
After many astounding things continue to happen around him, Miles becomes determined to find out who is behind this God account—some person must be setting all of these things up…like, I imagine, even the cloud in the sky.
Yesterday morning in my meditation, I connected to Mr. Big, the horse I worked with last year in Costa Rica, and he came through with a unicorn horn on his head. When I asked him why, he told me unicorns are real.
Afterwards, I sat at my desk and thought about a recently crazy-good situation in my life—it’s so good, it’s hard to believe. I can’t even talk about it here for fear of jinxing it. Why? Because there’s part of me that still holds onto a belief that this unicorn situation can’t possibly be real, and who am I to enjoy magic like that?
Then I looked up from my desk and saw a balloon float past my window. I’m on a top floor of a high-rise in the middle of NYC…I don’t even ever see birds fly by. Later, I was rummaging through my desk drawer for tape, and I pulled out an envelope that said “I believe in magic” with a unicorn card inside it. I don’t remember ever having the card.
They may not be a burning bush, but the balloon and card showed me the magic is real. I agree with Abraham-Hicks that the more we’re in alignment and allowing it, the more we see it. But it’s also there when we need it most, when we’re doubting it. And I’m crazy grateful for that.
I hereby maintain…
It’s all about the magic. 🙌
